About FIX New Mexico

Explore the proposals

This site brings together proposed amendments to the New Mexico Constitution and the reference material used to develop them.

Each amendment page presents the proposed language first, followed by supporting research, background discussion and drafting notes.

Use the Proposed Amendments menu to explore all 21 proposals. The Dems and Emerge pages contain additional information collected for this site.

These pages present proposals for discussion; they do not describe amendments already adopted into the Constitution.
